This application is to be completed by all applicants for any position which includes the following: anyone working with women and children (ages 0-18); anyone transporting women and children (ages 0-18).

This form is to be used to help Hannah House provide a safe and secure environment for those women and children who participate in our programs and use our facilities.

Attend a 30 minute personal interview with a Volunteer Coordinator.

Attend a 3 - 4 hour orientation and training session to learn more about the mission and vision of the ministry.

Participate in 3 - 4 sessions of volunteer shadowing in your area of interest.
